We developed and entered COMPLETE OFFICE service into the market. Now the tenant can deal only with Architek. We provide all technical and administrative management services, effectively planning and managing the project from initial office concept development to the construction, fitting-out and move management.

Proper organization of the office space and optimum materials and technologies selection economy enables to reduce creation costs and then office rent.

We can offer complete office projects for the clients that don't want to expend their funds on design-project development. We provide adapted and tailored solution for free.

Economic-type office fit-out. Office fit-out average cost is 140$/m2.

1. Ceiling: Armstrong suspended ceiling, Tatra or Baikal piles.
2. Light fittings: raster luminescent 4х18W. Power supply and lighting network cabling is carried out in corrugated hoses trays and ceiling trays.
3. Doors: smooth dead with different type of furniture. Finnishdoors production. Standard color white. RAL coloring is possible.
4. Walls: 2-layer gypsum sheathing over steel framework, Pautinka glass wallpapers, Tikkurila Symphony water-dispersion coloring.
5. Decorative radiator grills 900x600, grey plastic.
6. Plinth: carpeting.
7. Floors: cement screed, Sinteros office carpet.
8. Vertical plastic angles for protecting of salient elements.
